Shout out to @V Verde and @HappyHealthyLife, both who suggested the Lentil & Oat Breakfast will probably cook faster than 25 minutes. And they're right! I tested both 10 and 5 minutes. 10 minutes cooked it just fine, but 5 still had some slightly hard lentils. It didn't form the skin as well at 10 minutes, but it cooked just as well! I've pinned a comment under the video, as well. Thanks for the suggestion, friends!

Easy oven baked lentil flatbread (https://youtu.be/p291cNsi7Ao) with a raw red pepper, garlic powder, and curry powder blended into the batter and topped with onions. Then I spread on it a mashed avocado, a diced pickle, and diced tomatoes. Delicious! 400 calories, if you're counting....
