In 1984, I was on the TV show, Ripley's Believe it or Not, hosted by Jack Palance. I'm an exhibit in the second largest Riplie's in the US. I'm in the 2015 issue of "Ripley's book of "EYE-POPPING ODDITIES. We concluded our poker play and are finishing out the night with a little pool. I managed to beat Dai Vernon, Mike Stillwell, my Dad Jim Turner, and the Dentist with who I’ve been playing poker for years, Peter Hellwig, whom by the way would try to recoup his losses by damaging my teeth. He would substitute a poker chip with a potato chip and say, “open wide!” Poker chips equal chipped teeth, which means loss of my winnings to pay his dental bills. #RichardTurner #Blog #BlindMagician #8BallPool #CardMagic #CardTricks
