In a country like India, there are many people who are following Vegetarian diets and think they can't get enough protein. But it is not true.

You can get enough protein even from a vegetarian diet. But just make sure that you eat from variety of sources as some of these Protein sources are incomplete protein (means they don't contain all nine essential amino acids).

But when you eat from variety of Veg Protein sources, you can easily get all Essential amino acids.

For example, Whole Wheat bread is low in amino acid lysine, but when you eat it with lysine-rich peanut butter, it becomes a complete veg protein source with all nine essential amino acids.
