Itá trail run is a foot race that takes place in unconventional terrain, such as mountains, ravines, jungle and mountains. This event seeks to position itself among the best in the country, with the support of national brands, specialized digital magazines and the participation of several elite runners, many of them members of the national team.
The headquarters of the race is the town of Itá Ibaté, where the fields, ravines and beaches are used for the route, and the squares and the sports center for the development of the event. The scheduled date is September 2024, and it is expected to have about 1,000 runners from all over the country, more than half accompanied by their families. This will promote gastronomy, hotels, crafts and other local, provincial and national businesses, with an estimated attendance of 3,000 people.
