Thank you so much for this recipe. Made it tonight and it was amazing! I used a cheap chuck roast from Walmart. Family loves it. So similar to prime rib. I’m thinking I’m going to save myself a cpl hundred dollars and make this instead of prime rib for Xmas. I’ll go to the butcher and get a round cut that is much larger than I made for tonight. Wow, one Million views of my videos on my YouTube channel. I never would have guessed that a few years ago when I started filming cooking videos that I would reach this milestone. Hi, my name is Erik. I am just a regular guy who enjoys cooking and spending time with my family and friends.
I have always had a love of food, and feel I have some instincts inside me about cooking from my Mormor (Danish Grandmother) and Morfar (Danish Grandfather). Old school cooking passed down over the generations.
Although I have no professional training, I have learned from practice and experience over the years.
