Had a little accident with my good camera today. Lost a clip or two for a video, the lens is dented in, & the shutter has to be manually pushed down prior to filming. But the good news is that it still works!! A new video will be out tomorrow, so thanks for your patience!
My research last night led me down a few rabbit holes, so a new video will be published tomorrow. I'll be spending more time tonight on my research for the next "History Behind The Paper". As in all of my research, one topic leads to another which usually finds me stumbling upon something even more interesting to discover and share with you all!
Just a little post to say that while I still go trash picking, it hasn't been that good over the last months. I've been "stockpiling" what footage I can get from when I go out, but I'm afraid it will still take a few more little finds to make a full trash picking video. Let's hope that people start putting out the "good stuff" so trash picking videos can resume!
Once again, the scammers have been prevalent in the comment section of my videos. If you should receive a comment or email instructing you to "claim a prize" or that you won a prize, it is a scam. DO NOT reply to the email, do not click on any links or contact the "person" commenting. They have been reported & blocked, but unfortunately the scammers usually just continue to create new accounts.
Like many other content creators, it seems my Channel also has an "imposter" that will comment stating that you have a won a prize or to contact me for your winnings. These are spam accounts, so please do not contact them!

For those that have been around since the beginning, you might remember the very first "Viewer Mail" video I did. Thanks to Larry, the Ontario Picker, I had the joy of opening up a package filled with ketchup... well, Heinz 57 ephemera! Larry would go on to send other wonderful items such as postcards and that glorious Douglass Fudge from the Jersey Shore, along with being an avid commentor and storyteller in the video comments.
With a sad heart, I recently found out that after a stay in the hospital, Larry passed away. I know many regular viewers enjoyed seeing and reading the "Ontario Picker" comments, as much as I enjoyed and appreciated his support of the channel from the beginning and willingness to share stories and memories. My condolences to his family & friends. He will be missed in this community.
