Because I have been vocal about a lot of my successes, I want to be vulnerable about a different part of my life.
Throughout the past month I have been struggling to keep up with the important healthy goals that I set for myself (eating healthy, working out daily, meditating). It has been hard to get myself to stick to a strict daily schedule; normally I would promise to get back to a schedule the next day only to not follow through.
This time, I am going to be open about my goals to all of you to directly scare myself into accountability. Starting today, I will be doing a 20 day MONK MODE protocol that involves not eating candy, working out daily, daily meditation and more (feel free to dm me if you want to know all 20+ things).
Additionally, for every sale of my album UNBREAKABLE starting now, I will add another day to this counter. Let’s make this happen. No more excuses.
