One thing that really helped me to heal my nervous system was learning about the stress cycle. If we don’t move through the cycle, stress gets stored in the body and shows up later as tension, fatigue, anxiety, disease or dis-ease (I’ve been there 🙋‍♀️).

This week, a busy mom said she finally had a quiet day, but felt pressure to fill it so she didn’t feel lazy.
