The soul knows how to make us feel better when we’re not well. But sometimes, our minds are too busy with thoughts and worries. They make it hard to hear what our soul is trying to tell us.
So, the hard part is to make our minds quiet. We can do this by myself taking time to relax, meditate, or think calmly.
When we find moments of peace like this, it’s easier to hear our soul speaking to us. And when we listen, we can start feeling better and finding our way to healing and happiness.

Gaurav Arora, Master Certified Coach (MCC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am passionate about interviewing people and extracting wisdom from them through my podcast The xMonks Drive.
I have served ICF Hyderabad Chapter, the only Chartered Chapter as the president, and is responsible to take the chapter to the new heights from 2012-2015. Coaching indeed is here to make a mark in the way people develop others and themselves. In 2019, I was honored with Global Young Leader's Award by ICF.
I am also trained on Facilitation Skills, and Large Scale Integration Process (LSIP).
I love connecting with people who are passionate for life. I personally believe God has really kind to me by blessing me with with superb family, wonderful friends, and this beautiful life. I personally believe the time is JUST RIGHT, the moment I have made a COMMITMENT to myself.
