This week we'll be publishing two videos (Wednesday and Friday), basically a part 1 and part 2 of 2 days of crabbing and some cast netting. It's part of our 58th anniversary crabbing trip. All of the cooking is on Fridays video, that's why it's a little long. In the cooking part we'll be making crab cakes (in the field) and fried mullet. We hope you enjoy the videos.

We wanted to let everyone know about today's video. On one of our last videos we made Crab Imperial that was made with mayonnaise, we got comments from some of our viewers saying that they didn't like mayonnaise so we made another video for Crab Imperial without Mayonnaise which will be published today Wednesday the 20 th.

A lot of our viewers have been asking about damage to our trailer at Suwannee Florida in the Big Bend from hurricane Helene. So we decided to make a video showing some of the damage. The trailer had 4' of water inside. I didn't go inside because I wanted to check it out more to make sure it was safe to go inside. It was late and we wanted to get home (4 hr. Ride). The video will be published at 5:00 pm today 10/9/24.

We want to let our subscribers and viewers know about Friday's (Sept. 6) video.
We'll be doing a review on a lake house 200 feet out in Crescent lake, Crescent City Florida.
We often get comments telling us they would love to go crabbing but they don't live close to an area where you can crab. I usually suggest taking a Crabbing vacation and this house is the perfect example.
We also have a shrimping video (we had to cut short) for Wednesday Sept. 4.
