Carla Bonnell joined with Rick Bartlett to create the band called Engage, named tongue and cheek after Captain Picard of the SS Enterprise on the the TV show Star Trek The Next Generation. It was never meant to be a full time band, but now it is! The two songwriters brought in Greg Mansfield and Vernon Daigle to join the musical team in 2023/2024. Located in the surrounding areas of Fredericton, NB, Canada, the band is always busy creating new music and playing live shows in between writing new material and studio work.
