I was so lucky today to find a fallen tree near my home full of Chicken of the wood COTW to collect for dinner 😉 tried to make soup, risotto and tempura…. I have to say COTW is the best for tempura , great texture very thick meat and mushroomy taste 🙂 what a happy lucky day xxxxx thank you Mother Nature for your great gifts xxx

It has been a while from my last post! Hopefully I can come back at some points to complete all videos for Scotland mushroom trip from last year ;) Just want to share some nice pictures of St’ George mushrooms in Ireland, the season is now on in both the UK and Ireland for this lovely early summer mushrooms! A last day of 2021, I would like to say thank you to anyone who has visited and supported my channel. Thanks to the encouragement of my beloved husband and my friends, I finally decided to open this channel a year ago during the strict lock-down in Ireland. Even though the channel is still quite small, I am so happy to have my own place to share my hobby and my passion about foraging& nature with everyone.
