Kya aapko pata hai humare thoughts humare jivan ki vastwikta ko ek akar dete hai?

Mai jab bhi thoda low feel karta hun aur jab jeevan me thode problems aate hai toh mai apne aap se ye kaehta hun ki, "koi bhi problem mujhse badi nahi hai aur mere andar wo kabiliyat hai ki mai kisi bhi mushkil ka samna kar sakta hun."

Aur aaj mai apse janna chahunga ki aap kis prakar ke positive thoughts aur affirmations khud ko dete hai apne mushkil samay me.

Meditation start kaise karein?

Here are the basics to help you begin your journey:

-Find a Quiet Space:
Choose a peaceful spot where you won’t be disturbed.

-Sit Comfortably:
Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight and hands resting on your lap.

-Focus on Your Breath:
Close your eyes and take deep breaths, focusing on the sensation of breathing in and out.

-Start Small:
Begin with just 5-10 minutes a day and gradually increase the duration as you become more comfortable.

Do we ever find inner peace?

Maybe not. Maybe life throws a lot of chaos at us.

But, there are a few practices that can make you feel calm in your day-to-day life.

I am saying this because these always help me feel calm and peaceful.

🙏 Focus on the present moment, letting go of worries about the past or future. This is not as easy as it sounds. But practice it every day. Take out 5-10 minutes whenever you can and just sit with yourself. Or when you are overthinking about your past or future, bring yourself back to the present moment.

🙏 Meditation is a must. It helps you connect with your inner self. Maybe not when you are just getting started with it but eventually it does.

🙏 Nature has a healing effect. Take a walk, sit by a river, or simply breathe in fresh air every day if possible. If it is not possible every day, do it as frequently as you can.

🙏 Declutter your space and prioritize what truly matters to you. Whether it's decluttering your wardrobe or your digital devices, everything matters.

Aur ye soch unlogo ki journey shuru nahi hone deti hai.

1. Morning Meditation 🧘‍♂️: 10 minutes ki meditation se start kijiye har din. Jab bhi thoughts aye, ussko dheere se jaane dijiye aur focus apne breath pe laaye. 👇

2. Gratitude Journaling 📔: Ek diary ya notebook lijiye aur usmein aisi 3 cheezein likhiye jiske liye aap grateful hai. Isse aap apne din ki shuruwat positivity se kar sakte hai.

3. Yoga 🕯️: YouTube pe bohut saare videos hai. Aap wahan se koi bhi 3 yoga asan se start kar sakte hai. Roz subah ye kijiye aur apne mental health status observe kijiye.
