Caribbean born & raised, living in my "grown girl" era! I encourage you to "Love the skin you're in ..." and "Be the healthiest & happiest you ..."
Authenticity and realness are important to me ... I thrive when I embrace what works for me and that sometimes means taking a minimalistic route. I love loving on my natural 4c textured natural hair & I'm now wearing a short afro, which I style in twists, curling sponge curls or a curly afro. I also love wearing hats and head wraps!
I eat simple and well, stay hydrated and do moderate exercises to maintain clear & healthy skin, as my preference is to wear my bare face and natural nails. My fashion taste is modest - a few hauls here & there will show my style, especially dresses!
I have Lupus, an autoimmune disorder, so alopecia stops in every now and then to say "hi" lol. But, I stay confident, and I work with what I have!
I am grateful to God to be alive & every day I count my blessing!
