💔 Today we say goodbye to Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit at Universal Studios Florida. This iconic coaster gave us unforgettable drops, twists, and the one-of-a-kind soundtrack experience.

With the park set to close for good at the end of this season, my wife and I spent the day soaking up every moment, from thrilling rides to exciting shows, and saying one heartfelt goodbye. I hop on The Wild One, a wooden coaster whose history stretches all the way back to 1917. I brave the fiery twists of Firebird, which was B&M’s very first coaster when it debuted as Iron Wolf at Six Flags Great America. I also felt the powerful rumble of Roar, spun through the wild turns of Ragin’ Cajun, and soared to new heights aboard Professor Screamore’s SkyWinder. We also enjoy the Steam Heist stunt show and the exciting Rhythmix performance, a high-energy celebration of music, dance, and culture from around the globe. Join us as we capture this unforgettable day and bid farewell to a park full of history and thrills.

Today we made our first… and last visit to Six Flags America in Bowie, MD. Sadly, the park will close forever at the end of the 2025 season. 💔
We managed to ride:
✅ Wild One (1917 classic!)

✅ Joker’s Jinx
✅ Professor Screamore’s SkyWinder
✅ Ragin’ Cajun
❌ Superman & Batwing were closed for maintenance.
🕰 Quick History:
• Opened 1974 as The Largo Wildlife Preserve 🦁
•Became Wild World, then Adventure World before joining Six Flags in 1999 🎡
•Home to The Wild One—one of the oldest operating coasters in the U.S. 🎠
We had an absolute blast and feel lucky to have experienced it before the final curtain call.

This restored POV showcases Delta Dreamflight, the beloved Magic Kingdom attraction that once delighted guests at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Originally filmed by my dad on July 7, 1994, this footage captures the full journey through aviation history — from the earliest flying machines to the futuristic dreams of air travel.
Delta Dreamflight operated from 1989 to 1996 in Tomorrowland before being rethemed as Take Flight and eventually replaced by Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin. This rare look back offers a special glimpse into Disney history that can never be experienced in person again.
Restoration process:
The original home video was carefully enhanced using Topaz Video AI for upscale and noise reduction, and edited in LumaFusion to bring back as much detail and color as possible while preserving the nostalgic charm of the original tape.

This iconic amusement park dates all the way back to 1884, making it one of the oldest operating parks in the country. Today, we’re stepping into over a century of thrills, starting with classics like the 101-year-old Thunderhawk wooden coaster and the 105-year-old Whip, a timeless flat ride still going strong. But don’t worry — it’s not all nostalgia! We’re also checking out Dorney’s biggest modern coasters, including Talon, Hydra: The Revenge, Steel Force, Possessed, and the all-new Iron Menace, a massive dive coaster that just debuted in 2024.
