Whether you have been practicing yoga for years or are inquisitive to give it a try, then My Life Tonic is for you.
We believe that yoga provides the perfect tonic to the busy lives we lead today, whilst also complementing any other sporting interests you may have. My Life Tonic is Tim and Shannon Phillis who both have a RYT200 teacher qualification from YogaLondon, specialising in a dynamic vinyasa flow style (based on Ashtanga vinyasa).
By setting up the youtube channel our intention is to provide a selection of short videos to assist students to enhance their practice - either by providing a step by step guide for sequences or by breaking down individual poses.
Skiing is a particular passion for both Tim and Shannon. Combining our yoga training and our love of skiing we believe the videos will provide useful support for keen skiers looking to prepare for the winter season ahead.
