In September, the team and I had the opportunity to return to the Monaco Yacht Show!

Weā€™ve been attending Monaco Yacht Show for the last 4 years using it as an opportunity to film content and showcase assets aside from real estate. In the past we tried to fit as many yacht tours as possible but soon realized how this took away from the core essence of why we want to come to these shows in the first place.

While we love showcasing the yachts, we wanted to highlight something deeper: the yachting industry itself.

Luxury often feels exclusive, but events like the Monaco Yacht Show serve as a bridge, sparking conversations and creating opportunities that might otherwise feel out of reach. The relationships weā€™ve built here with shipyards, brokerages, and owner representatives, they donā€™t happen overnight. Theyā€™re nurtured over time, laying the groundwork for future collaborations and deeper insights into the industry.

The lessons weā€™ve taken away are universal:
ā€¢ Immerse yourself in the field youā€™re passionate about
ā€¢ Build relationships with the people driving innovation and progress
ā€¢ Learn from their experiences and apply those lessons to your own journey with constant focus on expanding your knowledge.

Weā€™re aware thereā€™s only so much we can say without actually SEEING the show firsthand. Thatā€™s why we filmed a full behind the scenes vlog to bring you along and get an in depth look into how we prepare, who we meet, the friends we bring along the way, and SO much more!

The full vlog is on the Enes Plus channel, make sure to check it out, and let us know what you think of the new format weā€™re trying. Weā€™re always open to your feedback :)

Hey everyone!

Itā€™s hard to believe weā€™ve been posting videos on this channel for 5 years. Over that time, weā€™ve built an incredible community, and one of the best aspects of this journey has been connecting with all of you.

Through your feedback and interactions, Iā€™ve learned just how many of you draw inspiration from our videos - whether itā€™s for personal projects, educational insights for your business, or simply being able to open the doors of this exclusive world of luxury and design.

We knew we could only go so far with comments and social media. We wanted a way to connect with all of you on a deeper level and more consistently. To make that happen, we needed to carefully time things to give you not just more content but access to our expertise and network. And now, weā€™re thrilled to announce:

Weā€™re LIVE on Patreon! šŸŽ‰

With three unique membership tiers, weā€™re inviting you to get even closer to what we do and learn from us. Whether itā€™s exclusive behind-the-scenes tours, Q&As with top industry creators, joining us at our shoots and experiencing the assets in person, one-on -one meetings with myself to discuss whatever you like or full-day summits on multimillion-dollar properties, each tier brings you deeper into our world.

This is your chance to join us in the next phase of our journey. This has always been about sharing the artistry and innovation behind luxury, and weā€™re so excited to invite you into this new chapter with us. ā™„ļø

A few months back, an exciting opportunity presented itself for our team: a chance to travel to Asiaā€”a part of the world we hadnā€™t yet explored on our channel.

As we were diving into preparations, it became clear that an essential part of our story was still missing, one that many of you may not yet know. Alongside our LA-based crew, weā€™re incredibly fortunate to have three remarkable team members based in the Philippines.

The first of these incredible people is Mary, who reached out to us four years ago with a simple email, eager to be part of our journey. While we donā€™t typically respond to such messages, her passion stood out, and saying ā€œyesā€ was one of the best decisions weā€™ve made.

As our team continued to grow, so did our need for more support. Thatā€™s when Mary introduced us to Ena and Vhon, who quickly impresses us with their dedication and skill. Together, they help with countless tasks and manage our Enes Clips channel while working on exciting new projects youā€™ll soon see!

Fast forward to 2024: we still hadnā€™t met them in person. So, when the opportunity came up to travel to Thailandā€”a quick flight from the Philippinesā€”it felt meant to be.

We captured it all on film, bringing them to Bangkok to share unforgettable moments together. Now, the full video is live on Enes Plus, and we canā€™t wait for you to watch it!

So, if you havenā€™t seen it yet, head over and check it out. Let us know what you thinkā€”our Philippines team means the world to us, and weā€™re beyond grateful for the time we shared!

We can say with full confidence that a video like this does not exist on the internet... until now.

Two years ago, we had the pleasure of meeting with Alpago Group, and within their holding companies, we came across F1rst Motors: a luxury car dealership and showroom that has surpassed industry standards, standing proud as a source of inspiration for the rest of the world.

Their portfolio includes the likes of Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz, Rolls Royce, McLaren, and thatā€™s just scratching the surface.

We know that only a select few can afford these cars, but what drew us to F1rst Motors is their passion for making these cars available for everyone to enjoy. They have a showroom equipped with 60 staff, open to the public from the opening to closing of the doors, allowing their community to come, grab coffee, take pictures, meet other car enthusiasts, and leave with a positive impact on their life goals.

From seeing their showroom worth $100 million in 2022, today they have more than doubled their inventory, with an inventory of over $250 million in their cars.

This is something you donā€™t see every day, and we know itā€™s not easy for many to travel to Dubai to see this beautiful fleet; thatā€™s why we filmed a video that takes you through EVERYTHING.

We donā€™t just walk you through the cars. We sit down with the CEO, learn about the process of acquiring these cars, the upkeep, and of course, the team having some fun along the way.

This whole experience has been incredible, and itā€™s safe to say Iā€™m excited to see what the future holds for F1rst Motors. We always say this is just the beginning, but trust me when I say they have something on the table that the world is not ready for.

Again big thanks to Alpago Group and F1rst Motors for making this tour happen!

"Itā€™s the city of angels, and itā€™s where dreams come trueā€¦ā€

Located off the Sunset Strip, which could be considered the soul and heartbeat of Los Angeles, the Californication home brings a sense of innovation and inspiration to whoever is fortunate enough to enter it.

The holistic structure of the house represents an incredible team that came together to bring their ideas to life and the visionaries at Discovalente knew this had to be the best and ultimately serve as a second installment of their Sunset Islands development.

With elements like Japanese Shou Sugi Ban raked wood, Arabian Black slate, Brazilian green jade onyx, and Roman titanium travertine, this home not only represents different cultures of the world but invites you to truly immerse yourself and feel drawn to touch everything the eye can see.
Big thanks to Branden and Rayni Williams, and Jason Somers, for allowing us the pleasure to tour this incredible piece of architecture, we are extremely excited to share it with all of you and curious to know what you thought of the tour!

Lake Geneva, renowned for its pristine water, opulent riches, and global political significance, is a destination many have heard of, but recently, the team and I had the chance to experience it first hand as our journey took us there.

Nestled between France and Switzerland, on the outskirts of the quaint village of Excenevex, Villa Bellevue unfolds like a page from a fairy tale. The vibrant colors of the flowerbeds and hues of blue from the lake blend into the sky as it tucks behind the snow-capped mountaintops. Elegance is heightened with the incredibly rare car collection in the motor court, accompanied by an abundance of history as you start to dissect the residence itself.

Constructed in the early 1900s under the patronage of a French commander, Villa Bellevue stands as a testament to architectural splendor. Impeccably maintained by its current owner, the exterior design has been preserved to its original charm, while the interior represents a contemporary feel while paying respect to the original architectural details and finishes.

Situated just 30 minutes outside the estate gates is the town of Geneva, a key focal point in the narration of this episode. The city stands as a testament to the relationship between wealth and culture while maintaining a connection with global power and peace. And we canā€™t forget its significance in the watch making world.

As we wrapped up our time on this tour, the echoes of Geneva's cultural significance and the splendor of Villa Bellevue continue to linger in our minds.

Itā€™s not just a destination but an embodiment of refined living, where every detail reveals a piece of a story that transcends the boundaries of time.

If you have not watched the episode yet, we highly recommend you do, and please let us know if it left just as much of an impact on you as it did with us ā¤ļø
