🍲 Tehrani Beans: Authenticity and a lasting taste from the heart of the capital
Tehrani Beans is one of the popular and authentic Iranian dishes that has a special place on Iranian tables with its delicious combination of rice, green beans, meat and aromatic spices. This nutritious and colorful dish is a good choice for family gatherings and parties. Rice: 3 cups
Green beans: 300 grams (chopped)
Minced meat or stewed meat: 300 grams

۲. آماده‌سازی گوشت:
1️⃣ در یک قابلمه، پیاز خلالی را در روغن تفت دهید تا سبک و طلایی شود.
2️⃣ گوشت را اضافه کرده و با زردچوبه، فلفل و نمک تفت دهید تا تغییر رنگ دهد.

3️⃣ این مراحل را تکرار کنید تا مواد تمام شوند.

🥬 Shirazi Cabbage: A Delicious Taste from the Heart of Fars
Shirazi cabbage is one of the most authentic and delicious dishes of Fars province, which brings a unique flavor to Iranian tables with its unique combination of cabbage, rice, aromatic vegetables, and minced meat. 🛒 Ingredients for 4 people:
Rice: 3 cups
White cabbage or kohlrabi: 500 grams (grated or chopped)
Minced meat: 300 grams
Green cabbage (leek, tarragon, dill and basil): 150 grams (chopped)
Onions: 2 pcs (1 grated for meat, 1 sliced for cabbage)
Infused saffron: 2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper, turmeric and cinnamon: as needed

1. Prepare the minced meat:

2️⃣ Knead the ingredients well and form into small minced meat.

1️⃣ پیاز خلالی را در قابلمه با کمی روغن تفت دهید تا سبک شود.

۳. آماده‌سازی برنج:

🍲 Baqala Ghataq: An authentic dish from Gilan
Baqala Ghataq is one of the most famous traditional dishes of Gilan province, which has a special place on Gilan tables with its simple but delicious taste. This aromatic vegetarian dish, made with a combination of special beans, dill, garlic, and eggs, is a light and nutritious dish that is usually served with kate and salted fish.
🛒 Ingredients for 4 people:
Rashti beans or Pach-Baqala (special beans from the north): 2 cups
Garlic: 4 cloves (crushed or grated)
Dried dill: 3 tablespoons (or chopped fresh dill: 5 tablespoons)
Eggs: 2
Turmeric, salt, and pepper: as needed
Oil or butter: as needed
🍳 Directions:
1. Prepare the beans:
1️⃣ Wash the beans and soak them in water for a few hours until they become softer. Then remove their skin.
2. Roast the garlic:

۴. افزودن شوید و ادویه‌ها:
1️⃣ شوید خشک یا تازه را به قابلمه اضافه کنید.
