KGEM-TV is Monrovia, California’s public access channel, operated by Community Media of the Foothills. We cover local events and municipal meetings for the gem of the foothills. We also help local producers create original programing from our 2,200 square foot production facility. Look for Monrovia City Council and Planning Commission meetings.
