I am a neuro-spicy mom of two who wants to help others learn to become confident, while loving yourself while healing & coping with all things ADHD, eating disorders, anxiety, bad habits & our relationship with food.
As a mom of two who learned to love myself being exactly who I am and how I look, while being being plus-size ass while learning how to fix my relationship with food, to slowly reintroduce fitness in my life and my goal is to make content to help people over come their own struggles such as ed, anxiety & being mom & the highs and lows
