I didn't know until now that I could make posts on this "community" section of YouTube! If you're reading this, I'm currently working on an ice cream video, creating a cycling route through the Kanazawa area that passes 10 different ice cream places! Did you know Kanazawa claims it's the ice cream capital of Japan? I believe it :)
Here's a photo of some flavors at one of the places - which one would you try?
There are some unique ice cream flavors in Japan (soy sauce, miso and cheese, amazake, soba, etc.) and I can't wait to share some favorites from Kanazawa with you in a video soon!
