What song do you want me to make a full version guitar cover with onscreen tabs for?

All I do on my YT channel at this point is just post covers and shorts for songs of bands and artists that I like. And that's okay, right?
Yeah, at the start every guitarist on the internet does that.
The twist is I don't listen to one specific genre or style of music. I see guitarists and content creators doing only one style.

Example - you have a guy who's posting YT shorts of him playing classic hard rock and heavy metal songs + 90s and 2000s rock hits. His target audience is the most clear to define.
On the other hand you have a guy who is doing commentary videos only on the metalcore and deathcore scene.
Then you have these dudes or whole bands who do rock versions of pop songs, that's also a different target audience.
Next you have those creators focusing on pop punk and emo pop scene + maybe the heavier popular genres that came out of punk rock and hardcore punk - screamo, post hardcore, metalcore.
The most prominent scene, I see today is the scene of modern metal and/or classic metal, nu metal and overall alternative music, but going over only the big bands.
And you know, I kinda wanna do all of it I just mentioned + more, but with the most focus on genrebending music and pop songs rearranged/remixed.

Can't think of how much this will alienate the audience. Either way what will alienate them more?
1. Having a focused channel on one style for 2 years then switching it to another, rinse and repeat.
2. Having a no genre boundaries channel from the start. Always stating that this is all of it.
--
There are countless YouTube experts forcing you to pick a niche, and that's the death of me. I can't choose a niche, and I can't build separate channels for every genre and style I'm about to go over. That will be about 100 different channels, excuse me, but no.
I can already see that my growth is (and will be) very slow cuz people don't seem to be OK with that this channel is all over the genres, but I'll accept that. I'm here to show my sincere and authentic self, working through doubts and building this channel in public. My overall goal is to make people less boxed in and more open to music. If this is what it takes I'm for it.
