Behold, the JBL 4312G Ghost Edition. A speaker that looks straight outta 1968. This is also one of the few products I've encountered that has 4- 5 completely different sonic profiles depending on how you set them up. Bright and punchy? Yep. Balanced and laid back? Also yep. Muddy as hell? Easy enough to do. Extremely clear and dynamic? Also yep. That said, the value for your money (if you buy them from Safe and Sound) is crazy good right now. Review ETA is the April/May timeframe. Lots of great gear to cover starting March!

A little behind the scenes action. Is the gear pretty? No, not really. Is my space cluttered AF right now? Yep . But most importantly, does the gear you see deliver the goods? The answer is not only yes, but in some cases a resounding HELL YEAH. Especially those speakers and that big ole Adcom amp. The value is outrageous!

I miss you all! So much so that I'm thinking it's time to revive Zero Fidelity! I'm talking about regular, consistent uploads starting this March! I've already got TONS of products in for review. In fact, here's my FIRST challenge to you all! Check out the pic, and see how much Hi-Fi you can identify. Note that what you see doesn't even make up HALF of what's already in for review!
With all of that being said, my true mission going into 2024 is to be a better reviewer. That means doing a better job of setting realistic expectations for what YOU can expect from a product when used in a real-world environment.
I look forward to interacting with you all again, and covering awesome gear that nobody really needs, but is nonetheless great at improving ones quality of life!
