Many people, children and adults alike, have mental health issues that include sensory processing disorder symptoms. Anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and depression are among the diagnosises. Stress can also be helped with sensory play.
Come along with me to explore various ways to alleviate some of the symptoms of sensory processing disorder using different activities.
The main focus is slime play at this time. Slime is a recommended activity! However other ideas will be featured from time to time.
