What an incredible past few days, @unravelfestival was amazing!! Thank you so much to everyone who made a purchase, stopped by and said hi, it really means a lot, you are all fantastic!!

I didn’t take many photos or videos, but I did manage to grab some awesome goodies. The gorgeous tapestry and crewel wools from @the_yarnwhisperer, beautiful minis and full hanks of sock yarn from @folkestoneharbouryarn new socks will be coming soon 😁 project bag from @gailmadebyme with the loveliest print and the DPNs cosies by @alexcollinsdesigns . The cosies are a genius idea and will be used a lot!!

The new Christmas colourway of signature 4ply is here!!!! 🎄 ‘Yuletide’ is GORGEOUS! It has sparkles, lush colours and is just yummy!! West Yorkshire Spinners have truly outdone themselves 🙂
New colourway also means new crochet socks!! Yeeey
I designed ‘Ember’ to perfectly showcase the yarn. The socks are worked in double crochet (US sc) in back of loops to allow the yarn to create the pattern. The construction of the socks is cuff-down with an afterthought heel.
The pattern is free and available from WYS (link below). It is also accompanied by a video tutorial on how to make the socks.

Every pattern includes photographs of both the knitted and crocheted samples, charts, and written instructions. I also, show you how work and to adapt the charts for overlay mosaic and Tunisian crochet.
