Hey I'm Andy - I won Masterchef Australia 2012, and this is my Australian Cooking Channel. Subscribe here to EAT...I'll show you how to cook all my favourite recipes, and I'll also share episodes of what I'm up to these days, including a trip to Mexico with my mate Ben Milbourne.
On this channel I'll be releasing YouTube exclusives of my travels and adventures all over Australia and the globe to make good food and find good times. I'll also be regularly sharing my own How-To videos of epic little dishes made for the Aussie way of life. Some are from my book (buy it here bit.ly/15a6IUs), some are dishes I cooked while on Masterchef, and others are just what I'm making when I'm hungry. Simple as that.
