I was depressed and wanted to end my life but God showed me a video that there is something that is holding me back from my potential or my future
My past was holding me back, remembering my mistakes and regretting it everyday
Jesus comforted me not physically but spiritually. I felt him hugging me saying it's time to let go and move on
And writing this post I felt not me writing it but the Holy Spirit.
