I recently received my results for my latest MRI. I spoke to my family doctor and all he said was I have a severe case of arthritis in my neck. I am back on gabapentin 100 mg three times a day. The years of frustration continue.

Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing. Mild left uncovertebral OA. Mild bilateral facet OA (OA is Osteoarthritis).

Mild left foraminal narrowing. Mild bilateral facet OA greater on the right. Minimal central canal narrowing.

Mild to moderate left foraminal narrowing. Left uncovertebral joint OA. Mild bilateral facet OA.

Multilevel degenerative changes. No visualized interval server central canal stenosis or cervical cord compression.
No visualized significant interval change in the low-lying appearance of the right cerebellar tonsil (left cerebellar tonsil in appropriate position).

Craniocervical junction: Maintained alignment. Similar right cerebellar hemisphere ectopia 5 mm below the foramen magnum without peg-like morphology or significant mass effect on the upper cervical cord. Left cerebellar tonsil is in appropriate position.

Moderate arthropathy at the atlantoaxial interval.
Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing. Mild right facet OA. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing. Mild right facet OA. Mild bilateral uncovertebra1 OA.
