A holistic sleep coaching approach includes meeting the child’s biological, nutritional, developmental, and behavioral needs using a combination of tools; like lifestyle changes, nutrition, activities , schedule & tweaks to the routines and habits, sleep environment adjustments, and mindset shifts to improve communication.
