At one point of time gurunanak dev ji's father gave him rupees 20 to indulge himself in business. But he used that money to feed the poor. He thought sharing the resources with the poor is a true business, or in his terms "Sacha Sauda'. This philosophy is evident with their ritual "langar", where people feed others irrespective of caste, fate and race. And this is also what he believed was the core of any religion. Sometimes it's not about what you earn, it should be about what you learn.
Happy Gurunanak Jayanti to all.

These тАШmodern gurusтАЩ are also hand-holding the students to tell them how many hours to sleep, and build their psychological fitness for the competitive exams.
When the stakes are high, every minute counts.
YouTube is rapidly growing to be the new Mukherjee Nagar for young UPSC aspirants. An army of teachers has shifted their base online, offering a palette of tips and tricks for passing the highly-competitive civil services exams that go beyond the curriculum. These educators have emerged as influencers in their own right, with millions of aspirants hanging on every word they say.

тАЬIt is not always possible to clear doubts in class. There are too many students there. YouTube videos often help with that, an avarage aspirant watches eight to ten videos every day.

Delhi has the maximum number of UPSC coaching centres in India, followed by Kerala, Maharashtra, and Orissa. In the capital, Mukherjee Nagar is the hub for most of these centres, along with Old Rajinder Nagar and Karol Bagh. But, slowly and surely, the tide is shifting online. Social media has allowed educators to expand their sphere of influence beyond the scope of brick-and-mortar classes

Why revision is important?

>The importance of revision is twofold.

# First, it helps you to remember facts, figures, topics and methodologies that you have covered some time ago.

# Second, If done correctly it will help increase your confidence and reduce anxiety.

So revise whatever you're studying, your timetable should

have dedicated slot for revision.
