There are some interesting things to note about the Japanese titles of two of the upcoming Ryu Ga Gotoku games.
Firstly, with Like a Dragon: Ishin, its Japanese title is ιΎγε¦γ ηΆζ° ζ₯΅. The most notable thing here is that it has the Kiwami kanji at the end of it, just like Yakuza Kiwami 1 and 2, meaning that if it was clear enough already, this is a remake of Ishin, not just a port/localisation. It makes sense why it would not have 'Kiwami' in the English title, as it never got officially released in English.
Finally, with Like a Dragon Gaiden, the last word means 'side story'. Interestingly, with its Asian titles it has Ryu Ga Gotoku 7 in it as well, further cementing it as a side story to Yakuza 7 (ιΎγε¦γοΌε€δΌ εγζΆγγη·).

Well, my channel has gotten to the point where I can actually use this feature now. I must say, I am quite surprised that I managed to get to this stage. I first started this as a passtime, and then I just started to make more and more videos. It was pretty fun, but I never expected to have videos viewed by thousands. It was simply unfathomable at the time.
Getting to this point now makes me look back at how I started, and my videos have certainly changed as time has passed. I did start with no damage videos, but I have progressed to making different videos as well. This is a combination of diverging interests and a lack of time.
Regarding that, this year I have gotten a lot more busy with school so you may have noticed that I upload videos much less frequently, and I will only get more busy next year. This channel is not my only hobby/pastime, I have many and this is just one of them, so I cannot dedicate all of my time to it.
That said, I do plan on continuing to create videos for this channel. I may not make many, but I do have ideas I would like to make into reality. I have a list of ideas of videos that I could potentially make, but I have not placed a definite date of completion for any of them. If there is a certain idea here you would really like to see be done, please feel free to comment it. Here are some of them:
- I might do some more no damage videos, but this is not a guarantee as it takes up a large portion of time and I have been losing the motivation to do them.
- I have not completely given up on Yakuza 1 Amon just yet.
- More mod showcases
- Yakuza 3 All Hitman Missions - I have actually completed all but two of these missions. However, I was stuck on the final fight, which the reduced quickstep that comes from the PC port heavily hampers my attempts at it. I am not sure when I will get back to them.
- Translating battle voice lines from Yakuza 0 - essentially the idea is that I will make a video translating the voice lines said during battles as these were not given subtitles.
- Similar to the above but with Persona 4 Golden's Japanese dub.
- Another music video for Omori
None of these ideas are concrete, but they may help in giving you an idea of what I have planned. As you may have seen with my more recent videos, I have started to diverge more from the Yakuza games and create videos for other pieces of media as well. I understand that a majority of people subscribed to my channel for Yakuza content, so the direction this channel is heading towards may be unfavourable. I apologise if this is the case, and you can always unsubscribe if you feel that is necessary.
