Incredible race ended up with a PB of over 9 minutes!!!! Was really not sure how today was going to end up. A mile into the race I felt a hand on my back and it was a friend who I did not even realize was racing the marathon. He paced me, I stopped paying attention to my watch and turned out to be a good day. Big confidence boost and already excited to see just what this old man is capable of the next time. #marathon #running #saucony

Race recap video will follow. But for now, could not wait to say just how proud I am of this one. Zoe’s first 10km run. 12th female out of 123 and first in her age group. Incredible feeling getting to run with her!!!

As I sit here trying to decide for myself which "super trainer" I should pick up first. Shout out to @FordyRuns for the break down on so many of the shoes on my bucket list. Which one should I buy?

Loved the Nike Pegasus Trail 4 Gore-Tex so much through these winter months in eastern Canada 🇨🇦 I’m even using them to dig my way through the snow for a late winter/early spring BBQ 🍗

Thank you Fredericton Fall Classic Road Race this was an amazing experience. My daughter Zoe had so much fun running her 5k finishing in 24:07 and 3rd in the 19 and under category!!! Pretty proud. I ran the half Marathon that had me start before her 5k and finish after her 5k was done. What kept me going was wanting to get back as fast as I could to hear about how she did. And as a little bonus I had a PB by over 10 minutes 🤷♂️. Can’t wait to share with everyone the experience and absolutely talk about what’s coming up next. #marathontraining #running

I spend my life focusing on how I can get to what matters and ultimately what matters to me most is my family. How do I get there? By working every single day to be the best I can be in all aspects of my life. I am continuously looking fo new way to improve both my physical health and mental health through setting goals. Running has become my main focus but overall fitness including endurance training and strength training helps me be a more well rounded athlete
