Happy Saturday Everybody! I am sick with a stomach bug. I'm sad to miss you all but I will be back.
I wanted to call out that outside of Davidson County, things were already strengthening in Mid Tn housing (before the massive drop in Mortgage Rates).
It's hard for me not to see the drop in rates as pushing us right back into a bubbly sellers market esp in Williamson County.
I got quoted a 5.86% 30 year fixed mortgage this week with no fees/points. That's crazy! I hope I'm wrong.
