These are all examples of inner critic talk. Talk that STOPS us from reaching out fitness and nutrition goals
(or in the best case we have a terrible time doing so 😫)
And the real tricky thing is many times we're not even AWARE of these statements. 🥷
We've repeated them so much (and they've been repeated to us so much) that they are ingrained, automatic, subconscious.
But instead of tackling these inner critics, we feel that we just need to "try harder" or "find the *perfect* plan".
What we actually need to do is dig up these critics and smash them to bits!! 💥
