My least favorite part of vacation is not just leaving, but coming home to nothing prepped in the fridge… when all I want is a home-cooked meal. Literally as soon as I got home I ordered enough for a few days until the Memorial Day menu is finalized. This Texas weather is too good not to BBQ and hang outside. Hit up a local brewery’s birthday bash today—live music, kid bounce house zone, felt like a thousand people were there.
But honestly? I couldn’t wait to get home, kick back in the backyard, and fire up the grill.
Because in a month it will be like 100* 😂 you’ll know I’ve reached my temperature breaking point as soon as you see me making a boat load of homemade ice cream inside !
