I started this channel because I have focused so much on my professional success that I lost focus of my most important asset... me! I have always been a girly girl, but now that I am over 40 years young, I am tapping into my full femininity. I am hyper-focused on self-care, wellness and weight loss, goal setting, consistency, and reinventing myself. I'm obsessed with all things skincare, makeup, healthy cooking and vegetarian eating, alternative beverages (substitutes for coffee and wine), fashion, home decor, body care and hygiene, and natural hair (to name a few).
