As A Health Coach and Trainer, my experience has allowed me to realize that older guys are an underserved population in the health and fitness industry. As a man approaching 60, I find that middle-aged and older guys often seek me out for help. There are a lot of myths surrounding aging and the associated disease and decay that can occur. You can get stronger and healthier and liver a fuller life as you get older.
With the divorce rate for men over 50 doubling over the last two decades, more guys are finding themselves single again. Being single later in life can be a blessing in disguise.
