It all started when I was 12 years old, watching my mother while she was preparing and cooking amazing meals. We had friends and family over almost every weekend for dinner. Everyone enjoyed her food and it seemed to be her main interest. I was always curious about the outcome of the meals prepared while helping her with salads and setting up the table. We were always short on chairs which was never a concern because there was always enough food and that was all that mattered to her.Today she is no longer with us but left me with many blessings and one of the most important was my cuisine heritage that I intend to pass on from generation to generation. I felt inspired to create MSC (My Secret Cuisine) to be able to share not only to family and friends but also for working parents that are looking to create a quick meal and not compromise health and taste.
