Update on upcoming content and 4 day vacation to visit the family in Germany.
First of all thank you very much for the incredible support on Veilguard videos. Finally caught some views. All videos above 92% like to dislike which is awesome. Only thing that was needed is, it seems, a good early review of a bad game. Might have to get into some bad games from here on out.
Definitely done with Veilguard videos for now even though the last one wasn't really about it but about good substitutes. Some said I was milking the content but all 5 Veilguard videos are vastly different to one another so if that is milking then I'm milking it I guess. Only the first one with character creator was a shallow video but not everything needs to go balls deep into philosophy. Some easier viewing videos here and there won't hurt anyone (btw big mistake in the video is that there was a bald option and I've missed it).
Do I hate the game? No. If I've played it to the end I would likely end up hating it and do a video 'Why I hate Veilguard' which would most likely bring lots of views. So jumping on hype hate or any other trains is something I don't care and never cared for. I do my own thing, not bothered by the other YT-ers, PR nonsense or anything else. Just because there is hate for the game, justifiable from what I've seen, doesn't mean everyone critiquing it hates it. It's the unfortunate consequence of modern day that people can't process degrees of critique to filter out what is hype, hate, like, dislike, indifference etc. Labeling and putting people in the same basket so easily is very wrong.
So what's next? Caught some minor promotions (in pay and in scope of work) so today reaction to a new trailer as part of the promotion is coming. Next week got a demo of another game I have to check out and do a first impression video for. Atm I'm playing Drova Forsaken Kin and loving it. Really want to finish it to do a proper full review. Dragon Age Origins review is on hold atm until Drova and upcoming Stalker 2 are finished.
Next week aside from the demo promotion, Stalker 2 is coming out. Definitely playing and reviewing. Thanks, Frank, for gifting the game.
15th-19th November I'm off on vacation. Maybe I'll throw in a Ramblings video while on vacation but can't promise anything.
Btw I'm Croatian, not Russian. What I said in the Veilguard early review is 'Russian sounding', not 'sounding Russian' which confused people. My apologies for that. People are always telling me that I sound Russian so that's why 'Russian sounding'. Should've phrased it differently. My bad.

Quick update after your helpful tips.
Livestreams are in the process of being transferred to another channel created specifically for them (youtube.com/@rpgdivisionstreams/videos). All livestreams on this channel are gonna be deleted.
Future streams are always going to happen on this channel and then transferred afterwards to the one linked above so that they don't hurt the channel in any way.
Since many have suggested that I should brand my review/impression videos somehow, I have decided to listen and rename the review type videos into Mad Man Reviews with special thumbnail icon. This isn't because I'm a mad person in the videos that yells and gets pissed off for nothing but because I'm mad at YT and how some things in gaming are either stagnating or becoming worse. Mad Man moniker also nicely ties into Ramblings of a Mad Man series that I'll definitely continue. Making a brand of myself, eh?
Most of you really like my 'bastard' greetings and those will stay but are not gonna be used in first 20-30 secs of the video because YT doesn't like that it seems. So gonna push it to 40-50 secs into the video. I think that's fair and won't continue to bite me in the ass (not saying that it did but don't want to take any chances).
As far as the future content goes, playing Greedfall 2 early access atm so expect review in couple days. Guild Saga Vanished Worlds early access has been done already and video is coming out on the 10th when the early access releases. After Greedfall I'm going back to Rogue Trader to check out the new expansion. At the end of the month Dragon Age comes out that I'll try to cover at least. Gonna give it a proper chance and then get back to you with an honest and fair review.
Thank you very much for the incredible support. You've been tons of help in the recent 2 videos with great tips, support, couple people joined Patreon and Subscribestar, couple people bought merch (hope it's good, still waiting on my free sample) and overall I truly think I have some of the best viewers on YT. Amount of constructive things I read in such important videos is mind blowing. You tell me how it is and I can't appreciate it enough.
Hope I haven't given people wrong impression that something's gonna change and I'll leave the channel or something. Changes mentioned in the post are the only ones and it's reasonable.

Merch is finally live!

Since I'm always transparent with all of you here is full info about profits and some other stuff.
First I went with Teespring and then read that the site is quite problematic. Bonfire seems to have a lot better reviews but in the end your feedback is what matters. Let me know in comments if anyone orders how the quality is.
I have no control over the production. Only thing I control is the graphic on the merch and the price. Unfortunately prices seem like a rip-off but got no other solutions for world wide distribution. At least I'm not aware of any. Tried setting up merch for years through Croatia shops but to no avail and most don't distribute outside EU anyway. Honestly this whole process pissed me off so many times until a simple solution in Bonfire presented but the prices are steep. My profit (what I earn for each sale) for each shirt and shirt type is 5$. Everything else is manufacturing cost.

Haven't done these in a while so here is a proper update. Hope you had great summer, holidays, vacation, work... whatever you did.
Mine was good for the most part but still a bit in the shadow of the looming operation that has now become a mythical thing. 3 years waiting and still counting... Thinking of not even doing it anymore even if the situation arises. So I'll stop talking about it unless something drastically changes which means a set date. So no more questions about it please (thank you for the concern though) cause I feel like an idiot and a liar and if there is one thing that can make me go from zero to mental is someone making a fool out of me and my trust like this doctor is making out of me atm. Let's move on. We'll pretend like it's never going to happen and it isn't even in the plans anymore.
Currently playing Black Myth Wukong on stream (thanks to Azzray for the gifted game) with review coming when it's done. Off the stream playing Atom RPG finally and it got me addicted. Can't stop playing it. I'm such a sucker for Fallout games. Planning on reviewing Atom when it's done and making Things I wish I knew earlier video.
Just got Visions of Mana key (3 days after release date of course) too and trying to get Space Marine 2 but that's not gonna happen. Applied for it but you know how it goes here. There is very little chance it happens.
After that Enotria is coming and I'm planning on covering it. Maybe even fully through guides. We'll see. Getting swamped with the games atm. Applied also for Greedfall 2 early access in Seprember.

Apologies to everyone who wanted to watch Eiyuden review with subtitles. I've put at the beginning of the video that subtitles are available but YT didn't register me uploading them so they weren't available until now when I uploaded them again. It is a common bug and I should have double checked before releasing the review so this one is on me.

Finished Eiyuden Chronicles. Tomorrow I'll start working on the review and also have couple more videos to do (trials guide and want to try something new like Hero Tier List). Review should be done by Tuesday due to busy weekend and Monday.
Next week streams are continuing. Have to dig deep into No Rest for The Wicked and Hades 2 afterwards. I have no plans atm for next coverage due to pending operation (been doing all sorts of tests this week and have to do more the next one) so I'm going from strength to strength due to uncertain future. Would love to stream Elden Ring DLC but can't promise anything (impossible to play with one arm).
Topic videos are gonna continue as well. Got couple ideas to share. They are gonna be much more frequent in the future due to one arm being out of function after the operation. So pretty much only thing I'll be able to do is talk and edit videos slowly with turn based games being the only ones playable (got some streaming ideas for those too).
Adding a new thing too that I really don't want to and was fighting it with my whole being for a long time and that is promoting the channel on X and TikTok. Struggling financially atm so I don't have the option to sit back regarding channel promotion anymore. Especially with the upcoming operation that is gonna affect everything even more so I am simply out of options even with fantastic support from you bastards. I can't thank you enough for donating on streams and being active on Patreon and Subscribestar. Without this fantastic small community I would most likely abandon the channel already. I have big issue keeping up with the times in terms of how content is done and I don't think it is gonna change drastically. Too stuck in my own ways to change, except for that damn promotion on X and TikTok that I REALLY REALLY don't want to do.
Oh btw what did I tell you in November about YT changes regarding ads? I told you that is going to become worse than ever because they have disabled almost all control from the creator side. For last I don't know how many years I have purposefully disabled unskippable ads because I didn't want to annoy viewers but now I have no control over it anymore. They are bombarding everyone with ads and I can't blame people for using AdBlock even if it hurts us creators.

Quick update.
Thaumaturge review is done and is gonna be posted on 4th of March when the embargo is lifted. Was playing that the whole week which is why no streams or anything else has been posted on the channel. Currently waiting for FF7 Rebirth key. Also applied for Dragon's Dogma 2 key.

Big update for the future content.
As you've noticed there has been a slight content change lately. That has been purposefully done because of the health situation. Some of you know already about my shoulder issues (direct consequence of Bechterew's disease) as I'm waiting for over 2 years now for a complex operation that is gonna put me into recovery phase lasting from 6 moths to a year. Not gonna go into details but it's gonna suck to the max. Atm I don't know the exact date but it seems that it is gonna happen inside next 2 month. Could be next week, could be in 2 months, really don't know because it is not up to me. If it was I'd do it today.
What does content change have to do with it? Well, right arm after the operation is gonna be unusable for months so with one weaker arm available playing games is not gonna be possible unless we are talking about turn based stuff like Rogue Trader for example. Even that is gonna be challenging. So I have decided to talk more about things in gaming through topic videos and to add Retro Reviews to the mix. Going from game to game creating guides is not gonna be possible for a long time after the operation so I have to change things up in order to keep the content going. Can't just leave the channel to rot and die even though it is already doing subpar for many reasons.
Why specifically topic videos and retro reviews? Topics on streams are always flowing with people asking me about things in gaming and life. We have frequently great discussions and it seems people like my takes because I don't mince words for the most part. I never wanted to go into topic videos because those are usually drama for the sake of the drama and I hate that. However I believe there is a line where such videos can remain objective and interesting without mixing in too many emotions so I'll do my best to deliver best possible content through those videos. Mainly because I won't be able to do anything else for a long time. So far feedback has been extremely positive even in a hard hitting videos like the preorder one where I was expecting to receive a bunch of hate but instead was met with incredible support which just goes to show that I have to have more trust in this small community and their perspective on things (learned a lot from many of you).
Retro reviews are in because I want to get back to older games a bit to see how they stack up today. After Gorky 17 that I adore, Vampire the Masquerade Redemption is next to go on the review block. Never played it before and always wanted to. Now's the time.
Before the operation I plan on releasing many videos about current games and topic videos. I was given keys to Achilles Legends Untold and Atlas Fallen but never got the chance to play them. Don't know if there are gonna be full reviews coming for those due to time limitations but expect something at least. I am also playing Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen as I plan on bringing that game to the channel in form of a review and comparison to upcoming DD2. Played the original but only briefly and never really got the chance to play Dark Arisen. Never has been a better time to do it.
New upcoming games on the radar that I have applied for a key are Banishers Ghosts of New Eden, FF7 Rebirth and Thaumaturge. I would like to cover FF7 Rebirth through guides as well but can't promise that due to the current situation.
Time to start streaming again as well these games that are about to be covered in one way or the other. Achilles is gonna be the first and then we'll see. I had an idea for long running stream that should be doable even after the operation and that is extreme difficulty Rogue Trader (meaning all relevant difficulty sliders to the max). It would take a long time to go through it if it is even possible and could be an interesting watch even with one arm. Here is a poll just so see if there would be any interest in that.
