Hitting 6k Subscribers and Shifting Gears
Exciting news! As I approach 6,000 subscribers on my main YouTube channel, I'm making a strategic pivot.
While I've enjoyed creating tennis content (which will now live on a dedicated tennis channel!), my channel's growth stalled last year with the mix of random videos. Data shows that viewers consistently engage with problem-solving content, particularly in the automotive and DIY space. This aligns perfectly with the existing audience on this channel, where older "how-to" videos continue to be top performers.
Therefore, I'm bidding farewell to "Hecks Tennis" (seems YouTube might not be a fan of subtle profanity, haha!). To reflect the new direction, I'm on the hunt for a fresh, catchy channel name. Stay tuned for the reveal!

"I love tennis, it will never be a problem to pick up a racquet and see how I feel. The physical problem and my knee are things I work on every day. Iām going to leave that window open, at least until the US Open as I said. This is the most special tournament for me. I still have time, I will start training, see how my leg and knee react and if I can do it or not."
