Hey guys, it's Aaron here! Welcome to the channel. I work odd hours and often times have a difficult time winding down and getting to sleep. I frequently use ASMR to help relax after a long day. My goal is to help people relax, unwind and feel good. There are so many things to stress about day to day. If my videos help even one person feel better then the work is worth it. For me, being in a good mood is all about having a positive frame of mind.
