Virtual Wine Tasting - February 20, 2025 7PM EST
USA Residents: Come join me for a live tasting of Spain's wines! Our 90-minute session will feature a brief overview of the country, its history and a quick geographical exploration of the three wine regions we're tasting. And of course, we'll taste the wines together in real time and discuss in a friendly, intimate setting!
Cost to join us for the event is roughly $65 for the wines (delivered to your door) and $30 to join the tasting group!

I'm proud to announce that I was awarded, "Top Event of the Year," through NACE Philly (National Association of Catering and Events)! The award was for a wine tasting event I led in September for the Philadelphia Chapter. I am so flattered and surprised. I know most of you know me for my videos, but I also lead about 30 major wine tasting events a year where I work with local restaurants, B&Bs and charity organizations to design custom food and wine pairings. Last month I led my very first wine cruise in Europe! I hosted four separate events aboard AMA Waterways AmaDante ship as we traveled along the Seine in France. The cruise went from Normandy to Paris over the course of a week.

A busy Friday shooting more videos for the latest series (New & Interesting Wines to Try)! Thought I'd give you all a little sneak peek behind the scenes.
I used to shoot these videos on my own, but as they became more demanding and frequent, I decided to enlist some help. For the past two years my best bud Justin has been my cameraman and lends additional creative direction. Believe it or not, I've known Justin since High School, we both graduated the same year (that would be 1990, folks).
Justin and I didn't see each other for over 20 years after school, we actually reconnected through my videos when he saw my YouTube channel and contacted me. And the rest is history. It's a fun process, building engaging content and of course, it helps when you have creative partners to collaborate with (Justin is a working musician when he's not manning the camera).
OK. It's been a productive week... and now it's time to actually DRINK some of that wine. Hope you enjoyed this little sneak peak.
