Living fully despite anxiety and depression π
Hi, I`m Katja, a modern-day nomad living an unconventional life full of travel, self-discovery, creativity, and music.
In the last 10 years, I`ve lived in 4 different countries and traveled about 50 (most of them solo), I`ve worked on a cruise ship, in a hotel, had a career in journalism, trained in the military, became a DJ and finally a YouTuber - all this while battling anxiety and depression.
I`m a multi-passionate person and want to experience everything that makes my heart skip a beat! And that`s a lot of things!
Here, I share my crazy adventures, thoughts from my overthinking mind, stories of my sensitive soul, habits & rituals that tame my depression, my healing journey, and the randomness of everyday life.
I want to show the world you can live a fulfilling life despite personal setbacks! I want to inspire you to be the most authentic self and go out and do everything your heart desires!
