Shared on my Instagram...Ok so I donβt post a lot, but I am trying to start. I have had so many questions about my weight loss I wanted to answer some of these. I will do that in a video on ig today.
For reference my waist is 28β right now. The goal is 25β and below. But it will take time because I am building muscle and not dieting. I will share more later on. But this method has changed my life! I have never enjoyed something so much. Hopefully this helps some women who want help by mimicking what Iβm doing.
