From a young age, I've wanted to learn to lucid dream, but have struggled with methods to learn for years. One day, I read that writing them in a dream journal could help improve your ability to lucid dream. I constantly forgot to write them down. Instead, what I ended up doing was as soon as I'd wake up with a strange dream, I'd immediately send my fiance a message saying "I had a weird/funny/scary/sad dream last night" or "Last night I dream" and send paragraphs of the dream, writing as much as I could before I forgot them. He indirectly became my dream journal as I can now search for keywords on my dreams in my conversations with him.
I still can't lucid dream, at least in the way I was hoping. I can sometimes change the outcome of a dream or question the logic of a dream but not realizing I'm dreaming.
Instead what's happened is my dreams have become louder, more vivid and more real. So I thought I'd share them with you all.
