Man Beheaded, His Head Kicked and Thrown in a Dumpster in Front of His Wife & Kids
On the morning of September 10, 2025, 37-year-old Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, an illegal Cuban immigrant beheaded an Indian-American Man, Chandra, during a gruesome machete attack in Dallas, Texas.
After a brief confrontation, Cobos-Martinez returned armed with a machete, and violently attacked Chandra in the courtyard, in full view of the victim’s wife and their children. According to police reports and CCTV video, he struck Chandra repeatedly with the machete, ultimately decapitating him, then kicked the severed head toward the parking lot and threw it in a dumpster.
Cobos-Martinez was arrested by ICE in Florida following earlier violent crimes, including aggravated battery. He was due for deportation but was released from ICE custody pending immigration proceedings.
Chandra was described by his employer as a kind, hardworking father. His wife and children, who witnessed the killing, were left severely traumatized.
