Yoga, breath work and meditation has changed my life. The way I feel after a practice is amazing. My body feel enlivened not depleted and my mind is clear and calm not filled with unwanted thoughts. I feel strong! Physically, mentally and emotionally. Pure harmonious bliss within myself and the world around me.
