Huge news: The Virtual Queue is derezzing for Tron Lightcycle Run at Magic Kingdom on September 8, and the ride will feature a regular standby line starting September 9.
Yes, that means you can just get in line without having to join the queue at 7 am or 1 pm. This is especially great if you want to go on the ride at night, as it was tricky to do that before. The ride will still feature Lightning Lane Single Pass.
But the Virtual Queue will still be around for Disney World guests elsewhere. No changes have been announced for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure or Guardians of the Galaxy.
This is great news, as it makes visiting Disney World simpler. But... seriously, when is Guardians of the Galaxy going to lose its VQ? It's been over two years!

This year's D23 had some of the biggest announcements for Disney World and Disneyland that I can remember. Here's my breakdown of everything that was announced, including the 15 biggest surprises: https://youtu.be/M2HZpVK0a8U
Watch the video for every single announcement, plus analysis and some of the easily missed details.
What are you most excited for? Personally, I cannot wait for that Villains land and Pandora at DCA.

Huge news just dropped! Disney is completely overhauling Lightning Lane, including a new name. Bye bye, Genie+. Hello Lightning Lane Multipass.
This is more than just a name change. This brings pre-booking (7 days ahead of time for resort guests, 3 days for everyone else), as well as attraction tiers like FastPass+.
These changes take effect July 24. I will be making a video (or multiple!) explaining all the changes. I’m also delaying my park-by-park Lightning Lane guide videos until I can learn more about the new system and how that affects my recommendations.
What do you think about the new changes? What’s your biggest question about it?

Is Tiana's Bayou Adventure an upgrade or a downgrade from Splash Mountain? Turns out, it's complicated: https://youtu.be/dg_QGflDl3Y
I think I land more positive than many others, but I still feel a mix of excitement and disappointment. How do you feel about the new ride? #disneyworld #tianasbayouadventure #splashmountain
