Yesterday (Thursday) my friend was walking around when the found a baby bird. It was shivering and it wouldn't move. She called me over and we got it warm. We have no clue on how to take care if birds (Especially baby birds) so we didn't really know what to do. We warmed it up, we didn't have any food or water for it. We were kinda worried because there wasn't any birds around. We inspected It and figured it was a Sparrow fledgling! Adorable right. We brought it into a dry area because it was previously in the rain. We (tried) to dry it, but it attempted to bite my friend. We had to leave just then. After shit'n shit, we went back out and guess what... THE BIRD GOT TRAPPED BEHIND THE FENCE. A fence that goes all around this large football/soccer field where we found it. So we couldn't go around it. We could hear it cheeping. It was scary because there are train tracks just outside the fence, where the sparrow escaped. I got some of my friends involved. (Noah, Jamie, Evelyn, Flori) and Then (Noah + Sofia) thought it would be a good idea to try DIGGING A HOLE IN THE GROUND BY THE FENCE! Because Sofia is small and pretty short she thought if they dug a deep enough hole under the fence, she could crawl underneath. Stupid right? Halfway thought Noah and Flori got up to Mew 💀😭 then they helped and then we had to leave again. LATER ON! Our class were doing PE so yea. After shitty physical education, Sofia went back to where the bird was stuck behind the fence and... The bird was there 😭 it looked at her, she described its eyes like "Bah-Bye mama" then it flew up to a branch (BTW WE NAMED THIS BIRD CHARLIE) Then she said it look beside her both sides, as if looking for me. It's so sad. I shed a tear 😭 FUNNY STORY HUH.
