Should I ban my hater(โ€ช@Skibidienragedโ€ฌ)?

He hates on me, even though I have more subs, likes, and views than him and still continues to hate. He leaves racial slurs and unhelpful comments on my videos, but he's just giving me more views๐Ÿ˜‚. He even put a black person emoji and then said "ok ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฟโ€โ™€๏ธ" so should I ban him? I keep positivity on my page, not hate. I'm not going to let this type of person on my page. He should've read my rules before he entered here...
